Packages and Fees

Natural Light Session

Do you have a smaller home (under 2000 sq ft) that needs good photos at a savings? This package is for you! Only natural light exposures are used, resulting in significantly reduced time on site and shorter editing times. Some HDR may also be included as needed. Up to 24 completed images will be delivered to the client via download within one day of the session. Good photos shot to my same compositional standard, but on a budget. $150

Standard Photo Package

Both interior and exterior photographs. Photography will take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours, followed by an additional 2.5 – 3 hours of editing. Virtual Twilight photographs are available at no additional charge if photographic conditions permit. At least 30 finished images will be delivered. This fee includes a license to publish as needed for one year to sell the home.Up to 2500 sq ft ~ $2252500-5000 sq ft ~ $275Over 5000 sq ft ~ $350

Hourly Rate

Commercial properties and unusual circumstances are sometimes best charged at an hourly rate. My hourly rate is based on time on-site, but each hour on-site includes an additional hour of editing time at no charge.

$100 per hour, 1 hour minimum

Floor Plans

While your listing is being photographed, floor plans can also be prepared. Choose from a 2D drawing or a full-color 3D rendering, and include staging if you like.
