Putting Home in the Best Light

Compositional Standards for Architectural Photography
You want your property to stand out from the crowd, so the photographs should meet architectural standards. Vertical lines should be vertical - not tilted or converging. Horizons should be straight, and all images should be well-lit and color-correct. Anything less is not professional and will detract, at least subconsciously, from the viewer's impression of your property. All my Real Estate photographs are shot to these standards. I never compromise on compositional integrity.

Comments from my Clients
“Richard has been shooting our Model Apartments and Cottages for about four years. He works very hard to make every shot just right. He is quick to respond when we call and processes the final product quickly. Highly recommend Richard Smith Photography.”
